Just to let you know that the bronze turkey was the best any of us (14 people) have ever tasted. Cooked according to your instructions. Only thing was couldn't tell when the Pop-up had popped as the whole thing seemed to rise, not just the red bit! But it was perfect. The rib of beef (4 ribs) was also first class. The Sirloin Joint was the best I have ever tasted in 70 years of cooking Sunday Roast.  Mrs Elsie Walker, (aged 97 years).

Just to say both the shin of beef and the recipe for jugged beef was a huge success and as I always do a menu board, this time stating that it was Dexter beef, several people asked what it was and as you kindly supplied me with their history in your leaflet I was able to enlighten them.   I shall be back.  M Tribe, Kirtlington, Oxford

Rolled rib roast joint - roasted on full power for 40 minutes covered in mustard powder, salt & pepper and rested for 15 minutes.   Beautifully tender and rare with lovely crispy fat.  Have been enjoying leftovers all week in sandwiches as it's tender enough to bite through without pulling the whole piece out of the bread!  Will definitely buy that joint again.  Mr and Mrs J Dolleymore, Oxford Country Cottages, Noke, Oxford

We live close to Pegtop Farm and popped in a few months ago to pick up some meat - best flavour steaks we've eaten in a long time! Wonderful meat, we don't buy beef anywhere else now!  Sarah Coyne
