Just to let you know that the bronze turkey was the best any of us (14 people) have ever tasted. Cooked according to your instructions. Only thing was couldn't tell when the Pop-up had popped as the whole thing seemed to rise, not just the red bit! But it was perfect. The rib of beef (4 ribs) was also first class.
